27-07-16 Tender for computers at southern Aegean schools with EU funding

The Administrative Structure of the National Strategic Reference Framework – Education Division – is proclaiming and conducting an Open International Electronic Tender with Sealed Bids, and with the lowest bid as the criterion for awarding the contract for the Procurement of equipment for primary and secondary education in the small islands of the Southern Aegean Region.

The object of the tender  is the procurement, installation and demonstration of operation of Information Technology and Communications equipment and software  a6t 104 schools in small islands of the Southern Aegean region, and specifically for the municipalities of Agathonisi, Amorgos, Anafi, Antiparos, Astypalaia, Thira (Santorini) for Thirasia, Ios, Kasos, Kea, Kimolos, Kythnos, Leipsi, Megisti, Naxos and the small Cyclades (Donousa, Irakleia, Koufonis, Shinousa), Kalymnos (for Pserimos and Telendos), Nisyros, Patmos, Serifos, Sikinos, Siphnos, Symi, Tilos, Folegandros and Halki, with the aim of bolstering the use of digital technology in primary and secondary school teaching (CPV: 30200000-1 Equipment Computers and  procurement).

The above procurement is part of the framework of Sub-project 1 of the Project entitled “Procurement of equipment for primary and secondary school education in the small islands of the southern Aegean region”, in Priority Axis 5 of the Operational Programme “Southern Aegean 2014-2020”, which is co-funded by the European Union’s Regional Development Fund and National Funding.

Tender Budget   The tender budget is 368, 731.71 euros, excluding VAT (457,227.32, with 24% VAT included).

Date and Location of Tender Offers  The tender will be conducted with the use of the platform of the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (ESIDIS being the Greek acronym), via the ESIDIS’ system’s internet address: www.promitheus.gov.gr

Deadline for submission of bids – location of submission: The deadline is Monday, 19/09/2016, at 15:00pm (3pm).
